1. Who we are

Alchemist PRO ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Sayed Lotfy and can be reached at support@audittransmute.com. The service is accessible at audittransmute.com.

2. Purpose of this tool

This platform is intended exclusively for legitimate developer use cases, including:

• Auditing publicly accessible websites for accessibility and performance issues
• Rebuilding or prototyping UI from existing websites for learning or development purposes
• Converting design mockups into working code
• Generating UI test files and deployable project scaffolds

This tool is not intended for and must not be used to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites without authorization
• Copy or reproduce copyrighted content for commercial redistribution
• Circumvent paywalls, authentication systems, or access controls
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party website

By using Alchemist PRO, you confirm that you have the right or permission to audit or transmute the content you submit. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misusing the service.

3. Disclaimer of liability

The code, assets, and files generated by Alchemist PRO are provided as-is for developer use. We do not review, validate, or endorse what users do with generated output. Users are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the legal right to audit or transmute any website or content
• Complying with applicable copyright, intellectual property, and data protection laws
• Complying with the terms of service of any website they target
• How they deploy, distribute, or commercialize any generated code or assets

Alchemist PRO, its operators, and contributors accept no liability for any damages, claims, or legal consequences arising from improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of this service.

4. What we collect

Account information — when you sign up we collect your email address and (optionally) your full name via Supabase Auth. If you use Google OAuth, we receive your email and profile name from Google.

Usage data — we record how many transmutations you run per month, the source URL you submitted, the framework chosen, and job status. This is used solely to enforce plan limits and display your job history.

Generated files — your output ZIPs are stored privately under your user ID. Only you can access them. Files are automatically deleted based on your plan (24 hours on Free, 30 days on Pro, never on Enterprise).

Chrome extension — the extension stores only your login session token in Chrome's encrypted local storage. It does not read or transmit any page content unless you explicitly trigger an audit or transmutation.

5. What we do NOT collect

• Your browsing history
• Content of websites you visit in background tabs
• Cookies from third-party websites
• Payment card numbers or sensitive billing details (handled entirely by Stripe)
• Data from children — this service is for users aged 16 and older

6. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To enforce plan usage limits
• To store and serve your generated files
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To display your job history in the dashboard

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

7. Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Privacy Policy →

We do not share your data with any other third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Data retention

• Account data — retained until you delete your account
• Job records — retained until account deletion or removal request
• ZIP files — auto-deleted after expiry (24h Free / 30d Pro / never Enterprise)
• Extension tokens — stored locally in Chrome, cleared on sign out

9. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Update your email address via account settings
• Cancel your subscription at any time

To exercise these rights, email support@audittransmute.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

10. Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by Supabase. Row-Level Security policies ensure your data is only accessible to you. We regularly review access controls and security practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
